Important Information
- Complimentary beverages and light snacks will be available throughout the training sessions. Please note that lunch will be on your own
- Registrations submitted without payment will not be valid.
- We recommend casual, comfortable clothing for the workshop, as you’ll be walking and lifting equipment during practical exercises.
- A laptop is required for the training. If you don’t have one, you may pair up with someone who does.
- Please snap a few photos of your current facility and system setup. This will help us better visualize your environment and address any questions you may have about your system (which often come up!).

I am a newbie. Can I join?
Of course! Our training is a great stepping stone to your journey in pro audio.
Who should join in this training?
Anyone who are interested in various aspects of professional sound system and its operation.
Will I get a certificate by attending this training?
You will receive a certificate of participation upon completing this training. Please note that attendance at all sessions is required to qualify for the certificate
I am not a church volunteer nor I am a Christian. Can I join?
I have registered but I can't come. Can I get another person to attend to take my place?
Yes, you can. There will be no additional charges for this arrangement. Please ensure the person registers with us so we can issue a certificate at the end of the training.
I have registered but I can't come due to covid/last minute changes. Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, you can. If you cancel before 15th February 2026, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations after 15th February 2026, a 50% refund will apply due to preparation and administrative costs incurred.
What if I have attended Day 1 but not Day 2 and 3? Will I still get a refund?
There will be no refund if this happens.
Will this training be livestreamed?
No, this training will be conducted strictly on-site. Many aspects, such as hands-on practical sessions and experiencing the sonic quality of various sound equipment, cannot be replicated virtually.
